The building comprises administrative facilities with the area of 5,200 m2 (a part of which being fully air-conditioned) and depository facilities used for the purpose of storage of archival documents, approx. 9,400 m2 of air-conditioned areas. 2,500 m2 of roads and 6,000 m2 green spaces prove to be related to the building.

4. Safe of the Archives of the Crown of Bohemia

The company provides comprehensive operation and maintenance of the safe used for the purpose of storage of the Archives of the Crown of Bohemia, the national cultural heritage.
