PRO-ARK s.r.o. was established in 1994 with the principal objective of comprehensive coverage of requirements in the branch of design, construction and operation of archives, libraries and similar institutions. 		About the Company
  The activities of the company have been gradually focussed on two areas. The fundamental specialisation comprises facility management – rendering of any and all services pertaining to administration and operation of large, modern buildings (full-scope technical operation including operation of special-purpose technologies as well as security services, indoor and outdoor cleaning services, care of greenery and administrative & technical (resp. executive) services). The second area in which the company operates is provision of engineering services in the branch of civil engineering.

At present the company disposes of 40 employees, principally technicians who dispose of valuable experience and top-level qualifications in the fields of operation, maintenance and control of air conditioning technologies, boiler plants, heavy and light current systems and fire extinguishing systems. The scope of other employees comprises specialists in the fields of guarding of buildings, labour safety and fire prevention as well as legal and administrative services. As regards specialist services of the highest level, the company offers sterilisation of archived documents using ethylene oxide.

The company operates a central control room in Prague 4 – Chodov, which renders round-the-clock controlling of building management systems (BMS) and emergency services. On the basis of connection of building management systems in other buildings to this central control room via network it proves to be possible to ensure continuous decreases of operating expenses as well as immediate interventions at all administrated buildings in case of failures or breakdowns.

Furthermore, the company disposes of a fully-equipped power workshop, a locksmithery, a mechanical workshop, control, measuring and information technologies, commercial motor vehicles as well as equipment for cleaning of interiors and exteriors of buildings and maintenance of vegetation.

The company disposes of a certificate proving compliance with the ÈSN EN ISO 9001:2009 quality assurance standards, ÈSN EN ISO 14001:2005 environmental management standard and health and safety management system ÈSN OHSAS 18001:2008. The company was verified by the National Security Authority of the Czech Republic (as regards handling of classified information).
